Lerida Amoruso - Single Origin Espresso - Panama 250G

From the highlands of Alto Quiel in Boquete, Panama, this Geisha coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,800 masl on the renowned Lérida Estate by the Amoruso family, one of Panama’s most celebrated Geisha producers. Cherries were picked at their optimum maturation stage, followed by sorting them through flotation. Afterward, the cherries were gently de-pulped, and then dried slowly with their natural mucilage in a cool, temperature-controlled room for over 25 days.
