Lerida Lavado- Geisha 0533 - Panama-Filter Coffee
This coffee comes from Lérida Estate, in the Alto Quiel region of Boquete, from a lot we call #4 at 1,600 MASL. The best cherries were selected through flotation, then depulped and placed in tanks overnight to help loosen the mucilage. The next morning, the coffee was traditionally washed with hoses and then placed on African beds under direct sunlight to dry for 12 days, resulting in a classic floral cup characteristic of a good Geisha.
