Deep in Guji's highlands at 2,300+ meters, 560 smallholder farmers cultivate Ethiopian heirloom varieties—Dega, Kudhume, and Weleshu. Cherries are hand-selected and naturally fermented at Haro Wachu Washing Station, developing signature complexity through extended contact with fruit and skin.

This G1-graded lot (87+ SCA) delivers stone fruit sweetness, floral aromatics, and a wine-like body. Best enjoyed as filter coffee to fully appreciate its nuanced profile. Harvested November 2025–January 2026.
